Complete your payment

$250 setup fee + $150 per account. Pay over the phone or online. Once payment clears, you're ready to submit the intake.

Gather your documents

You'll need: a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (utility bill or lease), and your most recent credit reports (free from annualcreditreport.com).
